CPR Training at Confey College

CPR Training in Confey College Leixlip. – The Importance of Learning This Life Skill
On Thursday 13th May, 2 representatives from Irish Heart Foundation visited Confey College
school to present our 7 TY CPR Training Assistants with an award for their work in CPR in the
school.
These students have been involved in working with other students over the year and teaching
them CPR techniques vital to save lives and where the life saving defibrillators in their
community are. They also did a training session with teachers here in the school. They have
worked tirelessly to raise awareness of the benefits of learning the techniques of CPR and also
they have done training sessions with all class groups from second year to sixth year.
