Expressions of interest for External member to Finance Committee
Kildare and Wicklow Education and Training Board invites expressions of interest for persons willing to serve as an external member to the Finance Committee.
Kildare and Wicklow ETB, supports and co-ordinates education, training and youth services in Kildare and Wicklow. Kildare and Wicklow ETB has established both an Audit and Risk Committee and Finance Committee in accordance with Section 45 of the Education and Training Boards Act, 2013.
Experience and/or knowledge of financial practices, audit, corporate governance and public sector is desirable. A modest fee may be payable.

Expressions of Interest
Any person wishing to be considered for appointment to the Finance Committee must submit a CV with a covering letter to include the following:
- Demonstration of prior relevant experience and/or knowledge
- Financial practice
- Knowledge of governance, assurance and risk management best practice
- Audit knowledge and understanding
- A good knowledge of public sector organisations
- Business acumen
- Curriculum Vitae detailing relevant qualifications
- Any other pertinent information
