Kildare and Wicklow ETB are fully committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and probity and ensuring that the culture and working environment of Kildare and Wicklow ETB encourages, facilitates and supports any worker of the organisation to ‘speak up’ on any issue that could impinge on the organisations ability to carry out its roles and responsibilities to the highest standards.

The Protected Disclosures Act 2014 provides a framework within which workers can raise concerns regarding potential wrongdoing that has come to their attention in the workplace in the knowledge that they can avail of significant and other protections for doing so.
